US Foods – Manassas, Virginia

US Foods was a mold and fire restoration job along with minor interior demolition in Manassas, Virginia. After inspection, mold spores were found behind cove base and sections of drywall. Interior demolition had already began so once mold was removed, it was found to be caused by leaking windows. Temporary walls and ceilings were put up to contain treatments using air scrubbers with negative pressure. All drywall was eventually removed to expose material where leaks were coming from and cleaned using anti-microbial solutions, hepa vacuums and an encapsulate to prevent mold on the surface in the future.
